I decided to try starting an AI x XR study community in my local Chiba Prefecture. I will write about the background and how this came about, including why I chose Motoyawata in Chiba as the base instead of Tokyo, which would be more advantageous for attracting participants.
I released v0.4.0 even though I had just released v0.3.1 a little while ago. This release does not add many features, but it marks a milestone because the default skill location on GitHub changed from skills/ to under .agents/skills.
Some people may have seen this in the news a little while ago, but apparently the driver released by Tinygrad lets you connect an external eGPU to a Mac and use it for LLMs.
v0.3.1 has already been released, so this is quite late, but I had not written an article yet, so I am writing one now. I chose the version number v0.3.0 because it added a new feature that is genuinely useful.
Thanks to a certain connection, this is my third year as a member of the Virtual Reality Society of Japan. It is also my third time attending the general meeting and networking event. In the first year, I understood so little that I did nothing, but in the second year I had planned to attend the annual conference. In the end, my schedule did not work out, so in the second year too I only attended the general meeting and networking event. The booklet they send is interesting, and I look forward to every issue.
