Graphics-related update for the GPD Win Max 2021

An Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics update had arrived for the GPD Win Max, so I installed it. The version I installed this time was 31.0.101.5444.

The previous update had a terrible issue where the machine would not wake after sleeping once, so I wondered what would happen this time.

By the way, last time I reverted to 101.5333 and it started waking properly again.

The conclusion is that, unfortunately, the sleep wake issue was not fixed. I decided to keep using this driver without rolling it back.

The performance around graphics seems to have improved. That is just my personal impression from playing Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077.

Since it does not wake from sleep, what I do is configure it to hibernate when I close the cover. On recent Windows, resuming from hibernation is also fairly fast.
